as she stepped into the class, she sensed something was wrong.. terribly. Y couldnt see why she must accept J's explanation once more. J had just simply blew off the second chance Y had secretly given her, after the so-called first round of backstabbing.
not that Y was not willing to listen to her explanation. but she saw it with her own eyes that J was backstabbing her. she thought she might give another chance and that maybe what she saw was wrong. but her choice was wrong. J not only blew off her second chance, she blew off her friendship with the others too. Y didnt think that J ought to be pitied. when she was betrayed in primary school, she knew never to fully trust a person, no matter how good they might be. true. Y and J used to share a lot of secrets together. but ever since the backstabbing, she refused to tell her much and suspected even that she was trying to take her friends away, just like in primary school. she didnt know what to think, but she knew that anger and hatred was brewing within her, because J reminded her of that so-called friend in primary school days.
so when J cried during lunch and pulled the other friends to her side just to explain, Y didnt think there was anything to explain. especially when things were in such chaotic and confusing situation. Y did not think how she could explain her way out of this one. and in the morning, when they ignored her, J simply went to tell others that Y could not be trusted. Y didnt seem surprised at all. well, that was her favourite hobby isnt it? hadnt J hurt her twice before, second time causing more anger than hurt? no, she wasnt gonna forgive J for hurting her so much. for hurting her friends so much.
it wasnt until after school that Y talked to her. no matter how unwillign she was, the group still pulled her over. only after about 45minutes did Y sit down and talked nicely to her. it seemed as if things started to fall in place. maybe J had her own reasons, maybe it's her personality, but Y was ready to give her another chance. just one other. she just hoped that this time, J wont blow it off. because Y was only known to forgive, seldom to forget.
