leadership camp
hey people! i'm back here updating my diary after sho mani days!!! but i am just gonna update on my 3 day 2 night leadership camp. hehex.
yea!!! the camp rocks can. lol. totally rocks lo.. i am in group 6.. APACHE!!! muahahahas. we rock!

first day
left school early for the campsite yeaa. hehex. cool.. the trainers are a bit too rowdy.. dun like them much at first... anyway.. the place was quite ulu yeaa.. but it turned out to be quite nice. after we had our briefing and got introduced the camp chief and the rest of the trainers, we were separated into groups. i belong to group 6.. hehex. consists of me, xueying, chelsea, fiona, chun lai, yangping, jiajun, desmond, ji peng, wenbing, hui wen, lisa, yili, samuel, shei pin, sacha etc etc.. 20.. cant rmb them all.. got all the signatures in the camp booklet but too tired and lazy to take out to check. lol. serena is the onli sec 2 in our team. our group trainer is faizal. the first time i saw him i thought he chinese siaa. lol.. he turned out to be of some other races.. i heared liza(camp chief) tell another team tht he is indian but i thought he malay cos his name is malay. then some other ppl sae he is indo-chinese.. lol.. so we dun really noe but we dun care...
we went to put our things in the dormitories. i slept next to xueying in the bunks above fiona's and chun lai's... lol. damn.. they were using their legs to poke our matresses throughout the night. okies... fine..
tht day had ice breaking games.. nicest of them all i think is the Leap of Faith whereby we are going to skip as many times as we can together in small groups in that giant skipping rope. my group won twice! hahas.. rocks. lol.. after tht had Wall Match whereby we had to climp over a wall.. apache didnt win yeaa.. but who cares? we had fun! hehex.
dinner wasnt tht nice yea. the chicken is sucky.. it's disgusting.. and i didnt even get to drink da syrup. duh.. but nvm... after that we had our expedition briefing and planning. learnt how to use the compass and read the map. hehex. faizal is a better map-reading teacher. okies.. after tht supposed to plan and present to teachers. then tht ms ang.. walao.. she shoot us like siao and we had to redo la.. she reckons our distance is wrong. okies.. fine lo.. we redid the whole thing and the distance we measure is still the same la. her business. after we redid le we presented to mr edmund ng instead of her. okies.. many groups were like buayy song cynthia ang la.. she damn sacarstic and trying to be farni down there and she didnt even noe tht her comments iunsulted us lots. we are still learning yeaa.. why cant she tell us nicely and have to insult us this way? man.. this sucks lo...
so we presented the whole thingy again and perhaps it's becos of this apache became really united. hahhas.. so we had to bath late.. i was the last to leave the bathroom and get into the dormitory and lay my bedsheet at night. lights out le i still like laying my bedsheet la.. but i didnt sleep after tht. i wasnt tired.. and chunlai and fiona were like pooking my matress like i said.. poked my butt lo. damn.. so ticklish la.. and cos we shared dorms with group 5 ppl and it consisted cecilia.. chelsea, fiona, me, chunlai and a few others were talking loudly... teachers and trainers came in to check on us a fair few times la. lol.. think cos we really noisy and can be heard from outside. or partly becos they saw movement and came in cos i was laying the bedsheet and some refusing to sleep with their wet hair. lol.. so we talked and laughed loads.
they next day was the expedition.. faizal gave us clues... and we walked all the way from the camp site to kent ridge park, to haw par villa, to west coast and then to labrador park and back to camp site again.. on the way did lots of role calls la.. saw coach at mcafe in west coast.. den is like in west coast park we all thought samuel dehydrated.. he was gasping and he was sitting on the ground.. jiajun, yangping, gary and a few others tended to him... i provided him with water la.. and my towel. he drank the whole bottle of water and they all wetted my towel.. den we began fanning him la.. den he said he was cold so they carried him to a bench. lol. den after tht was like noticing he not pale at all la.. den faizal talked to us.. den we turn around he was sitting up and smiling like mad la.. he was faking it lo.. and faizal asked him to. lol.. we all got tricked yeaa.. but we managed to help him la. lol. samuel is a good actor siaa. lol. the outdoor cooking at west coast was kinda sian yeaa. lol..
after tht to labrador park.. not as eventful la.. the whole journey was walking along the whole west coast highway. dusty. and then at labrador park ji peng faked casualty la.. sprain ankle. we found him in a drain yea. and we saw him we were like.. oh man.. faizal.. u chose the wrong actor le. lol. we wasted 45 mins on ji peng la.. in the end had to brisk walk like mad all the way back to camp site. we didnt reach there first.. could have la. duh. nvm.. we had fun.. tht night got campfire.. we were like wasting time while others were planning la. we kept cheering and singing with group 5 den the other groups like darn pissed off la.. den yangping and jiajun went mad in the hall.. lol.. the camp fire was nice.. we made the teachers dance!!! lol.. not really dance la.. make them do some silly actions. hahas.
tht night chelsea, me, cecilia, jiajun, angela and xueqi refuse to sleep la.. so we stayed outside the dorms and chatted.. were like recounting our expedition experiences.. found tht one group got lost... but nvm.. den mrs lim ask us to go to sleep. hehex.
den after tht this morning gotta pack up and go home le.. den cos raining den the wall match 2 cancelled.. good.. i didnt really like the wall match much. lol.. okies.. fine.. apache didnt get the best group but who cares? hehex. we shared the same bus with group 5 back to school den we sang all the way back. i actualli planned to sleep de. lol.. den when we reach school we cheering in the parade square.. ask ppl join in onli a few did.. they must thinkk we are mad.. after tht went to have lunch den go home le.. now gng to bbq. lol.. takkaire!!! byes ppl!
