tired and aching
oh man.. i am onli in the first training with my new pitching coach and i am starting to hate the sets she asks us to do. okies.. 150 squats, 60 sit ups, 100 wrist trainings with 5kg dumb bell.. and more. 300 palm squeezes or something. she does physical by hundreds, i bet. we do by tens lo. omg.. can die. and i am now aching in my hand, thigh, calf and neck. can die lo..
hahas.. seniors.. u all like our cookies? nice rights? muahahas.. i noe we rockk. lol.. i am just so tired. dozing off. wht can u expect if u had dome physical sets by hundreds yesterday?? urgh. damn it. i gtg le.. byess.
