pulau tekong
hais.. today went to send off my cousin.. he gng to ns le.. poor thing.. lol.. when he come back he ure slim down a lot de. lol. pulau tekong is nice. lol.. very quiet and nice place there. den got a lot of shuai ges there too. lol.. u see their photos on their idenity card and their face now right.. can see tht they really slim down lot lo.. but nvm.. u all look better like tht.. keep it up guys! lol.. okies.

first went a tour round the island and went to see their bunks and resting area. their resting area damn shiok. got tv and air con... can play those mini soccer games too. win liao lo. even my room not as comfortable as yours. boo. but they deserve it la.. train so hard must rest better there. hehex... so guys ar.. no need worry. hehex... after training u will be treated like kings and princes there de. hahas... den their bunks right. the matress very bouncy de. u sit on it hard den u can spend the next 6 seconds bouncing on it. lol. den in the cupboards got iron and at the foot of the bed there is a shoe cupboard for your shoes and boots. hehex. very ncie too.. no need to worry.

hahas.. anyway.. after tht went to the lecture hall.. very nice and comfortable there.. den the person tell us abt wht the soldiers will get the first day they go training.. they get a duffel bag which they call ali baba bag.. but this time more high tech de.. got wheels at the bottom so tht u can wheel it behind you instead of carrying it... den they will receive toothpaste and shaver and shaving cream and all da basic neccessites la. hehex. den they will receive their boots and uniform and rain coat and everything too.. wht they need for indoor and outdoor training la. after tht the sergeant told us wht is their 24 hour food rations pack la. inside got maggie mee and chrysanthemum tea and ice tea and wht not la.. all in packets de.. then got 3 packets. one for breakfast, one for lunch and one for... DESSERT!!! cool right? hahas. so those gng to army no need worry kaes? i heard the dessert not bad de. lol.. i think they will have dinner in the canteen. i saw the video and saw mashed potato and fish.. lol. kkaes.. not bad la.

after tht went to the canteen and ate some titbits. there got arcade game machines too.. hahas.. and then went to auditorium.. by then already 2 hour past since we reached pulau tekong le. hehex. seperated from my cousin for 1h45min le. hehex.. den saw him back in the audi with others. lol. i didnt spot him at first.. all the enlistees sit in the center of the front portion of the audi.. and i saw them first cos they didnt even move.. not even turn their heads. all they did was to stare right in front of them at the big screen. okies win le.. and we had to wait for 20mins for the speech to start.. and they DIDNT EVEN MOVE AN INCH! and then the speech was abt 25mins long.. they didnt move either.. neither did they move during the question and answer section. den.. abt an hour later after i entered the audi.. there is the oath taking ceremony.. the enlistees have to make a pledge not to disclose wht they learn in the training la.. it appeared tht for the 1h 45mins.. they have been rehearsing the oath. interesting. lol. nice and deep and firm voice they have when they said it in unison. they have to [i think shout.. boyi will have no prob abt tht.. hehex. jkjk] shout... den when the commando officer made them promise to call their parents first at night before calling the girlfriends.. they all answered " YES SIR!" in unison. lol. so they rehearsed it too. hahas.

after tht got national anthem.. heyy nanhuarians.. shall tell u something.. ALL OF THE ENLISTEES SING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM. and they did not sound bad at all. in fact, they sounded great. when i walked out of the audi.. i saw those training, wearing their singlets and they all TUCKED IN THEIR SHIRTS. woo.. they look so smart. cool. hehex. [and so shuai too].. anyway.. went to sample the food they will get.. not bad.. got chicken rice!!! after tht got apple to eat.. so guyys.. no need to worry okies? lol. the food maybe will taste better than wht u get during ur camps at ncc or whtever. lol. kkaes.. after tht gotta go le.. said byes and takkaires to my cousin... wont see him till hari raya.. hais.. so sad.. things will feel so diff without him.. miss his jokes already.. hais... wish u all the best ba.. takkaire! miss yaz!!!
